We went ALL over Destin, Navarre, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola to find a hot tub. We initially wanted a Swim Spa, but after more research, we realized we would get more use out of a hot tub. Swim spas are nice, but the upkeep, installation and esthetics were more than we wanted to deal with. We are in our 40s/50s and lots of our friends have pools, so went the hot tub route. We looked at every brand and all of them had wood and spray foam interior. Not something we were willing to compromise on because of the damp climate. There was no way to access leaks or the pumps with all the mess inside. So, we are in Pensacol and we see this tiny little hot tub place and figured, why not, what could it hurt. By now we were pretty frustrated and disappointed in the products on the market. When I say we were blown away by Charlie and his product, Im telling the truth. Bellagio is the brand and they are made in Germany. We never heard of them and there's not a lot of info on the Google Train. We inspected, sat in them, asked a million questions and decided this was the one!! Charlie is the most upstanding, kind, respectable salesman I've ever met. He stands by his product, not just on the showroom floor, but even months later. We've had the hot tub 3 months now and could not be happier. The 3 pump system pumps out pressurized water at a manual massage speed. We have the B0O1 model. It's the biggest model out there and it fits 7 people. We spent 15k on it and have zero regrets. Charlie and his beautiful wife have become friends. We've had dinner, he's come to the house to check on the tub and will always be there in the event something goes wrong. Don't waste your time on any other dealer and definitely stay away form the Expo in Pensacola. They are scammers and no one will work on your tub after you buy it because they are traveling salesman.
