It did take a few weeks because it comes from another state. However, the people who delivered it called ahead of time, were professional, very friendly and showed me how to use everything (even though Charlie showed me in store). He was terrific with updates and keeping me informed throughout the process. Charlie is accommodating, personable, outgoing and I can see why he has all 5 star reviews. Definitely recommend!
